Living the life you deserve at Two Serendra

Open spaces such as parks, gardens and playgrounds are necessary for a healthy community. Green open spaces cultivate a sense of place or “feeling of meaning and identity” in relation to a space among the residents of a community. Open spaces encourage people to lead more physically active lifestyles and to be more socially active in their neighborhood. Unfortunately, while parks and playgrounds abound in suburban communities, they remain a limited feature in the urban setting.

A balanced community environment that offers the best of urban and suburban worlds is central to the concept of Two Serendra, Alveo Land’s idyllic community at dynamic Bonifacio Global City. Unique to Two Serendra is the generous amount of green, open spaces within and around a neighborhood of condominium buildings that is within an arm’s reach of schools, hospitals and offices, retail centers, dining establishments and entertainment destinations.

Over two-thirds or 65 percent of Two Serendra’s 12- hectare land is dedicated to lush greens and invigorating pools. All around the development are gardens, parks, landscape lawns, playgrounds and glorious water features— the residents’ personal oasis in the urban district.
